Cusson tech and Service Manager were fine.. Was just disappointed that Spartan was unable to provide the proper technology for the tech to perform his work in a timely manor.. It would appear that Spartan is not technically coordinated.. Seeing as this was a recall and Spartan was insistent that it be done, I would have expected that they would have made the service center aware of the requirements, i.e. cables, program versions and instructions letter perfect..Erwin and his tech did fine considering they didn't have all the pieces to the puzzle.. I would recommend them !

Had my truck for 2 1/2 weeks and then wouldn’t work on it

Sorry about this Chris, unfortunately when the truck was dropped off I know you didn't have an appointment and we would look at it as soon as possible.Upon inspection of the truck your request to just fix the brakes wasn't feasible with out spending a tremendous amount of money. Your request of wanting to just get the vehicle to NY wasn't going to safely happen based on the condition of the truck as a whole. Hopefully you heed the advise to have the vehicle towed back to your farm. It is unfortunate the world we live in requires us to worry about every action we take as a business.

I was very pleased with the response time & overall service at Cusson. Steve was very knowledgable and reflected a candor and honestly often lacking in the auto service industry. By bringing my vehicle to Cusson, I avoided investing in further repairs that other repair shops would have let me do. I will bring my other cars to Cusson for service.
