Your staff was courtious, honest, and went above and beyond to accomodate me when i had to fly to Florida with one hour notice. My motor home was not yet winterized, and i was not able to pick it up for several days so they kept it inside until i returned so it wouldnt freeze. The work that was performed on the rv was excellent. Thanks to Dan and Steve you now have a new loyal customer. I am so happy that I found a shop that actually knows what they are doing, especially such an old motorhome as mine.

DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I brought my vehicle in for a noise from the FRONT left. Three days and nearly $1,000 later, they repaired the BACK differential and axle seals. Shortly thereafter, the sound from the front reoccurred. I ended up bringing the vehicle to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle, who diagnosed the issue as problem with the left front bearing. The dealer also had to replace the leaking left seal, that supposedly Cusson replaced. Not only did Cusson misdiagnose the problem, they put in faulty parts in my vehicle. When I called to speak to the Don (the owner), it took him over 3 weeks to get back to me.....and that was after I called him twice!!!! He was unprofessional and unwilling to refund my money for the diagnostic charge, axle seal, and repair . He asked why I didn't bring back to Cusson. Now that was a stupid question, to which I'd ask - Why didn't your guys fix the vehicle correctly in the first place?????? Terrible diagnosticians!!!!! Terrible mechanics!!!!! Lack of professionalism and customer based business practices!!!!! Don't do business here!!!!!!!

Over all the service was good, but I had to go back to return the garage door opener that a tech left in my truck.

Needed routine, 10,000 mile maintenance and multi-point inspection on a 1-year old Class A motorhome. (The RV dealer doesn't do chassis work other than engine oil/filter changes). I found the Cusson Automotive website on line and was much impressed with their photo album showing the diversity of their work on large and small trucks as well as passenger vehicles. I was able to get an appointment promptly, the work was done when promised (Monday afternoon, after my first phone call on previous Friday. These people are competent, reasonably priced, honest and friendly. What more could I ask?
