They really went above and beyond in helping me get our company's service bus inspected, and I can't thank them enough. We will be setting up a services account with them now so that we can make sure our service bus stays on a proactive maintenance schedule.

Got 18 year old Onan generator working. Needed new carburetor and some tlc. Also replaced front ball joints (upper and lower) and new radiator. They were able to complete work within a week in time for me to leave on 4500 mile road trip. Now my go to place for my 01 Roadtrek 190 Versatile.

These guys always take care of me. I am a one truck business. They rush me in and get me out in a hurry while taking of my truck 100%.

While you are certainly good mechanics, your communication skills were non existent. Maybe other customers don't have a problem with a surprise bill over $500 but I do. While I applaud you for correcting my son's flawed ignition problem, I needed to know what your game plan was and if there were any options or suggestions available to me. You should not assume that your customers grant you carte blanc with your service.
