Very knowledgeable, very competent, very human. Took my car after some horrible other places failed to fix despite being paid. Cusson team ran diagnostics that pointed to root cause and revealed misses from previous shops. Did not charge me for the diagnostics and recommended a sensible way forward. Not too many auto shops have this integrity any more
