I was very pleased with the service I received from Cusson Auto! It was my first time there and I was very impressed with how friendly, professional and honest they were. They were lower priced than the Lexus dealer. They did an excellent and timely job repairing the A/C in my Lexus RX350. I was also impressed by the fact that they give back to the community in a big way. I will be returning to Cusson in the future for any needed work!

I have avoided going to auto shops for the better part of 16 years due to bad experiences. I've tried to fix just about everything with every vehicle that I've owned (maybe not always properly) to avoid dealing with untrustworthy shops. My first time trying Cusson Automotive was about a month ago with a broken muffler and they fixed it for a fair price, quickly, and for the first time I actually trusted that it was done properly. Don was very helpful and everyone else I interacted with was knowledgable and pleasant. This week, the car wouldn't start and I thought it was the alternator. I didn't hesitate to call Cusson Automotive. I would've been ready to pay for a new alternator and another company would've let me. Don and his techs did a full evaluation and it turned out to just be some loose wires near the battery terminal.

I can't say enough good things about this shop and Craig as well. You guys went way above and beyond for the issues with my car. I was in the area when my car needed to be towed and AAA recommended this place and now I am too. They were able to get my engine repair covered by the manufacturer. Just when I thought all hope was lost, y'all saved the day and have a new customer for life.

Great communication and very speedy repair!

My friend and I each purchased a generator from Cusson Automotive because we wanted to buy from a small business that could service our generator when needed instead of a big box store. Don went over the full operation of the units and ran them both for us at time of pickup on both gasoline and propane. He must have spent nearly an hour with us. Try to get that from the big boxes! I highly recommend Cusson Automotive!

Absolutely a phenomenal experience with Cusson’s truck and auto! After AAA failed us terribly with sending us a bad tow! Don personally took the time to set us up with a professional tow company and took our RV right in the next morning and fixed a major problem and got us on our way! Service like this is hard to find ! They kept us in the loop on the repair so we were never wondering what was going on, what a great crew! Cusson’s is also a very veteran friendly company as they gave me a veteran discount because they noticed my disabled veteran plate! Outstanding
