I have a Roadtrek RV on Sprinter chassis and we came from Rhode Island for the expertise of Don and his staff. We had previous service with Mercedes and local mechanic that was a disaster and problems were not addressed. Not the case here a detailed inspection found multiple issues that others missed......worth the drive and highest recommendations for anyone looking for a honest professional and most of all knowledgeable staff.

We find numerous times that the dealers don't want to work through problem vehicles or they simply don't have the technical ability needed in their staffing to address such problems. I just want to start off saying Kyle was exceptional throughout the service period. I understand it is not always easy working on a older (1999) rig let alone it being mostly electrical issues. Nevertheless Kyle was communicative about what they were working with a determination that they would get it done. I don't know who the tech was that actually did the work but please pass along my same sentiment. We left CT on Friday morning and are now in NC and the rig ran without issue. Thanks Cusson team.
