Since first moving back to Connecticut seven years ago,I have entrusted maintenance of my vehicles to Cusson. I value the great customer service they provide.

I always feel that my needs are taken care of with my vehicles and when unexpected issues become apparent, Don Cusson and his staff always works with my budget, and finds a way to make the repairs necessary. I also appreciate their honesty( i.e here's a repair issue that really needs attention now and this one can wait a few months). Their pricing is fair, but more importantly their integrity and honesty surpasses everything. Why go anywhere else for your car repairs. I sure wouldn't.

Wonderful and complete service. Pointed out areas of concerns on our vehicle to be addressed. Comfortable waiting area. I felt like I was in very confident hands and received excellent work on our motorhome.

Don assed the issues with the handling of our Motorhome. After his suggestions and the modifications made to the coach, it now handles so much better and most importantly feels safer. I would strongly recommend anyone with a Motorhome who has been experiencing issues with the handling of their Coach to come and speak to Don as he was Spot-On with what needed remedy for the Swaying and Road Control. Simple stated, Don and his crew are the best around.

I took my 06 Duramax that mice had gotten too and ate the wiring harness and fuse block. It was an extensive repair. They also replaced the fuel pump. I wouldn’t blame them if they passed on the job, but the guys at Cusson Automotive did not back down. It took a long time for the repairs to be completed. Quality craftsmanship does not happen overnight, and they did a terrific job. I could not be happier.
