Had truck 9 days worked on it 1 1/2 only did 25 % of what was asked . Putting 100 on parts prices seems high . Used to be really high on you guys not anymore!
John, I have looked into your last visit with us and looked at the work you wanted. Parts acquisition did take time do to the application. we did discuss the other repairs on the vehicle but we agreed that the engine needed to run correctly first. I did find that you were over charged on two filters that were replaced on your vehicle. No excuse for an over charge other than I can say we had computer software issues for two days that gave us fits with paper work. We thought all the problems were caught, obviously not. Cusson Automotive strives to do the best and be the best at what we do, however there can be times things happen. I will be sending you a check back to straighten out the over charged parts with our apologizes.
