I've been going to Cusson for years now. They take care of our personal vehicles and our business vehicles as well. Don and Steve always take care of us. The other day I was in a jam needing my trailer to transport a load to Vermont. My tires were bald and I couldn't get the rims off myself. They only had 1 day advance notice of this but they had me bring it in. They ran into a hiccup with the rim/axle and were under the gun. They did some scrambling and got everything taken care of for me in time for my trip. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I appreciated that Don, the owner, contacted me in a timely manner to evaluate my transmission problem that I was experiencing with my truck. He was quick to respond after his diagnostic testing revealed that I need a replacement. He, also, was pretty accurate with the total cost (which he explained in detailed for the replacement parts that were needed). An additional phone call was received because he had concerns about additional issues that needed repair that were not related to the transmission replacement. I found him to be polite, very customer-focused and knowledgeable and felt comfortable with his recommended fixes. I would not hesitate going forward if I needed any other repairs.
