My visit was a good experience, fast service and my issues were addressed and problems were solved. Very accommodating, thank you for the lift to work. The only thing I noticed was after I got my truck back the front end was no longer in alignment. It was fine prior to having my truck survived and now it pulls hard to the left. The only thing I can figure is when they did the all points check on my truck which probably included my breaks the tires were removed and were not put on the same side that they originally on. Just my guess but I have no reason why my front end is now out of alignment. Other then that all is good.

Recently I had my 32' RV towed to Cusson Automotive for repair of my failed brakes. They found the problem and fixed it in short order. While there, they performed a safety inspection and found some serious condition and brought them to my attention. I had them preform the necessary repairs. If it weren’t for their quality of attention to the needs of my RV, I might have had a major break down during my travels.I highly recommend Cusson Automotive and expect I will use them for my yearly service and checkups in the future.

The service was friendly, efficient and kept me informed all through the procedure. Just found the recommendations for any work that needed to be done, like changing the spark plugs and transmission fluid very expensive and declined them.

First time in their shop. Honesty chose them for convenience being a block from work. Simple U-joint job turned into a nightmare finding parts. The manufacture of the vehicle made some change and were no help. These guys spent hours on the phone and finally located a joint to get me back on the road. And kept me informed throughout the wait.
