Very patient with my transmission problem and me. In a classic move, the problem was not occurring when I first brought the vehicle in. Classic. I brought it in without an appointment when the check engine light is back on and they confirmed issue., They had me in as soon as possible and the problem has so far been resolved very well. Cusson guys are the best.

I brought my Chevrolet to Cusson because I knew of them from WTIC and their web site touted they have mechanics especially adept with this brand. I chose them over a closer Chevy dealer. My problem was I failed emissions from an intermittent check engine light. I know some codes are easy and some not so. My code was ambiguous as well as intermittent. The experienced Cusson techs [through the polite service rep John] told me the probable solution but advised me that it might be another more expensive issue. And - they got it right with their first solution. They drove the car to verify it would pass through the computer cycles OK and what was above and beyond for me was they took it through the emissions test themselves to be 100% certain it would have passed had I taken it myself. In driving the car they found my headlight dimmer switch was knackered - something I had discovered just a couple days before. They replaced that for me as well. And to my surprise [and sadly theirs] the fuel pump conked out while they were driving it and they sorted that out for me too. I am extremely pleased with their expertise and service and my bill was absolutely reasonable I am very glad I took my car the longer distance to Cusson to have it expertly repaired.
